Question RGB Connector not working

Hello,

I recently purchased a computer and the RGB receiver isn’t working. The fans spin and the rgb lights on the fans and the strip both light up. Unfortunately, the remote doesn’t do anything. I’ve included pictures of the control box. Let me know if any other pictures will help.
