RGB Cpu fan cooler

My motherboard is LGA 1150 Gigabyte H81m-S2pv and It only has 2 fan headers,One for Cpu and One for case.

the question is, Can I control RGB using the cpu fan headers? because this board clearly dont support RGB fusion (I think) or does it even support CoolerMaster Own RGB software?

2nd question (asking for a friend) : He want to build all rgb pc with Gigabyte Aorus X470 gaming 7
which have 8 fan headers if he plugged all of the case fans and cpu fan can him control all RGB fan at once? syncing with the motherboard

Rgb doesn't use the fan headers., they're just for powering the actual fan motor.
The lighting is done by an extra 4 pin 5050 Rgb cable or a 3 pin addressable cable depending on the fans you buy.

So question one, for you, the answer is no, for question 2, your friend, the answer is yes.
