Question RGB Fan Controller/Fan Problem

Hi ..
I have a problem with the stock RGB fan for my case. The fan cannot spin but the RGB can light up using the controller. However, some RGB bulb on the fan not lit. I suspect it is caused by the controller because I tried jump 12v on the fan and it spin normally. I tried on another PSU but could not even work. Anyone know where this problem comes from? Thank you.. 😊

Note: This fan uses 5pin connector. I can not find any controller with 5pin connection. And no PWM.
I asked the seller of the case but he did not supply the 5pin controller.

Additional:
To anyone who knows the wiring diagram for the controller that uses 6pin, it is very helpful because I want to try replacing 5pin to 6pin (if the fan was not the fault). What is the difference between PWM RGB and ARGB fan? Does it have the same pin?

I just changed the batteries from the controller and it work fine again
