Hi Guys,

I am a new to the forums. Please bare with me as I am also learning.

I recently bought these fans for my self build.

https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07HN199YJ

It says they work with numerous lighting software's but they don't.

I've tried all of them, as on the box but the fans don't show up in any!

I am sure I have connected it correct as I followed step by step guides on you tube & they work and are running fine.
The problem I have is I cannot change the colours or no software will sync.

I am thinking this could be my motherboard that is causing this issue.

Have I done something wrong with the wiring?
I would appreciate any advice on what to do?

My computer spec:
POWER: Evga 600w 80 Plus
MOBO: Gigabyte H510M H
CPU: i5 10400 F
RAM: 16gb
GPU: Nvidia RTX 2060 Super 8GB
HARD DRIVE: 1TB

All The Best
Ryan

Those fans have 3 modes as described on the store page. there is no mention of software and further down the page it specifically says motherboard control only on the Amazon page. This means that if your motherboard has built in RGB control (which it does not) then you can connect it to a 4pin RGB header and manage it from there or using software. Otherwise they will just cycle through their default mode.
