I have an H100i Platinum SE AIO with the two LL120 series fans that come with it.
As well as another LL120 fan for exhaust. (All three fans are corsair)
I've never been able to get the RGBs to work the one exhaust fan has one small section that is lit blue. The AIO very lightly lit red.
Ive tried connecting the fans indivdually to the motherboard (no change) as well through the RGB hub->Comander pro same with the AIO (connecting to mb and comander pro) .

Just run out of things to try maybe someone out there has another idea, surely all 4 RGBs are not faulty ?

Solution
Connect pump power cable to an available SATA power plug (figure 1).
Connect pump tach cable to the CPU_FAN header on your motherboard (figure 1).
Connect each fan to the shrouded 4 pin connectors on the pump (figure 2).

Connect each fan RGB cable to the pump RGB connector (figure 3).
Pump RGB connectors are labeled 1 and 2, insert the fan RGB cables in sequential order.
Animations begin with fan 1 and proceed to fan 2.

instruction # 6

Using the included CORSAIR iCUE USB cable, attach pump unit to a motherboard USB header

In all of this, I don't see where the Commander Pro. Try and connect without the hub and see if you get RGB functionality. As for the fans, mind sharing how you've connected them to your platform, with the aid of images accompanied by text?
