[SOLVED] RGB Fans aren't showing up in any software.

I recently bought these fans for my new build ( https://www.amazon.ca/EZDIY-FAB-Mot...b&qid=1585946430&sprefix=ezdiy,aps,164&sr=8-9 ) It says they work with numerous lighting softwares but they don't. I've tried all of them but the fans don't show up in any! Help!

most remote controlled hubs/fans have a switch located on the hub where you determine if they are controlled by motherboard or remote. check for this.

for motherboard control, make sure you are using an aRGB 3pin header, not a regular 4pin RGB header.
and then, with ASUS Aura Sync software control for example, you have to select ADD STRIP and then configure the aRGB in the Settings tab.
