I just purchased the Deeepcool Rf 120 5 in 1 RGB fans https://www.amazon.com/DEEPCOOL-RF120-3X120mm-Extension-Compatible/dp/B074P19HSL and I hooked one up just to see what they looked like, and I looked on my Mobo https://www.gigabyte.com/us/Motherboard/GA-AB350M-Gaming-3-rev-1x and there's no RGB fan header! I bought these fans for the RGB, but I can't use it. I have an rgb strip under my desk with a remote, could that work to control the lights? Or is it just a matter of hooking them all up with the little controller it came with? Either way, I'll be installing all the fans later. Thanks!

This guy had same exact issue. Guess it's a normal speed for a pump rated 3600 rpm. Maybe that's if it's not working against gravity or something. Mine is top mounted exhaust, top of the case is enclosed except the side has a vent, kind of stupid design. I feel like the hot air might be splashing back onto the radiator.

Oh well, lesson learned. Do more research before you build or have someone else build you a PC.

According to instructions http://www.deepcool.com/download/pdf/RF120_3IN1_EN.pdf you need an RGB header on MB in order for lights to work and be adjustable. Since your MB doesn't have one, you need an stand alone RGB controller. I'm not sure about that RGB controller you have under the desk but if it's 12v RGB it should work.
BTW, you managed to find one of very rare modern MBs without at least one RGB header. :)

Haha I got it about 3 years ago when 1st Gen Ryzen dropped bc it was cheap, the strip under my desk is 12 volt I think, so the remote for it could work for my fans?

there is two different kinds of RGB conections.
12v, and 5v.

If your controller under the desk is 5v, then it won't work and you may fry something.
So consult the information for the device that supplies power to your RGB strips to see if it is 12v or 5v RGB.

Thanks for the help but I gave up. I'm returning my fans and am just gonna save up and get a new mobo and case with RGB Fans. Any ideas for the case or Mobo? I'm currently running a Ryzen chip btw

there is an option for you if you don't have any plans to upgrade the motherboard anytime soon.

Get Cooler Master Masterfan RGB fans (there is a 3in1 pack you can get) and then get the Cooler Master RGB controller.

I don't know what country you're in, but here's the parts for US.

Here is the RGB controller

Yeah for that price it's cheaper getting a new Mobo, I'm thinking this: https://www.amazon.com/ASRock-B450M...ctronics&sprefix=AM4+m,electronics,168&sr=1-4
