I want a total of 7 Nzxt rgb fans in my pc build. 3 120 mm fans in the top with the radiator. 3 120mm fans in the front, and one 140mm fan in the back. I was wondering where I would plug the fans into, and if my built in “hue plus” that came with the Nzxt 700i could “run” all 7 rgb fans, and an led strip.

Solution
The Smart Device included with your case has only 1x RGB channel and it supports either 4x LED strips or 5x AER RGB fans and that's it. To make your RGB LED system work, you'll need HUE+ as well,
specs: https://www.nzxt.com/products/hue-plus

Since HUE+ has 2x channels, where both channel support either 4x LED strips or 5x AER RGB fans. Also, you can not connect LED strips and AER RGB fans on the same channel to make them both work. I know this first hand since i too have HUE+ with AER RGB and LED strips in use with my Skylake and Haswell builds (full specs with pics in my sig).

If you have HUE+, then here's how i'd set up your system:
HUE+ channel #1: 3x 120mm AER RGB (front intake)

HUE+ channel #1: 3x 120mm AER RGB (top exhaust on a rad) + 1x 140mm AER RGB (rear exhaust)
Smart Device channel: LED strips

There's 2nd option too and that's going with HUE 2 RGB (successor of HUE+). HUE 2 RGB is same as HUE+ but instead of having 2x channels, HUE 2 RGB has 4x channels,
specs: https://www.nzxt.com/products/hue-2-rgb-lighting-kit

With HUE 2 RGB in use, you can set up your system as:
HUE 2 RGB channel #1: 3x 120mm AER RGB (front intake)
HUE 2 RGB channel #2: 3x 120mm AER RGB (top exhaust on a rad) + 1x 140mm AER RGB (rear exhaust)
HUE 2 RGB channel #3: LED strips
HUE 2 RGB channel #4: empty
Smart Device channel: empty
or
HUE 2 RGB channel #1: 3x 120mm AER RGB (front intake)
HUE 2 RGB channel #2: 3x 120mm AER RGB (top exhaust on a rad)
HUE 2 RGB channel #3: 1x 140mm AER RGB (rear exhaust)
HUE 2 RGB channel #4: LED strips
Smart Device channel: empty

Of course, HUE 2 RGB also comes with more improvements over original HUE+. Those upgrades include: underglow, RGB cable comb and ambient light controller (purchased separately).
