RGB fans connected to controller and stil sync with other gear?

can i connect an RGB fan to a fan controller but still have it sync with my other RGB components such as a motherboard?

If you connect the fan power cable to fan controller and fan LED wire to MoBo RGB header then yes, you can sync fan LEDs with other LEDs you have which are also controlled by MoBo.

If you hook the fan to the fan controller header and hook the RGB to an RGB sync header it should work.
