Question RGB fans flashing and cycling

My fans were always red. Just red. I didn't think they could be anything but red. Then they went out for a month. I thought my PSU was maybe weakening. Tonight they started doing this. I have no software to meke them flash. Hold my hand and tell me how to figure out what's going on.

Cyberpower Panzer VR PRO 3375. The fans say raidmax… I'm going to have a seizure, lol.

There is a switch right beneath the front panel of the computer case. It has a little light bulb icon if you place your hand/finger under beneath it you will feel a button/switch to change lights or turn it off.

No case switch anywhere. Had my hopes up, though.
**edit. I found a little rfid antenna buried in the back. I hope this computer wasn't supposed to come with a lighting remote =o
