HI Everyone this is my first post to the forums and I need a little help. I currently building my first pc in a few years, so a lot has changed since I last built one.
Also have everything and I just have to order my ram and graphics card now.

The case I bought has 6 RGB fans that are wired up to a control board already. Top of the case has a button where I'll be able to change color and settings.
I just ordered the mobo below and it has it to where it can control the RGB. There is a light on the mobo that lights up.

Would it be best to take the control board and put it into the mobo as is? Or to rewire everything into the mobo so I can use the software from asus?

Also is this ram any good? Its on the supported list of the mobo.

This one isn't, but the 8gb version is.

Those connections are proprietary. It has the 12V for the fans and the 5V for the RGB on a single connector/header. You cannot use those fans on your motherboard without modding the connector ends.

On the picture of the manual it shows a 3 pin cable going to the pc. If it's 3 pin on both ends you are out of luck. If the end of the cable is a 9 pin USB connection to the motherboard it may work.

I'll work my way from the bottom, up. The rams you're looking at will work on that board, so long as it's DDR4 sticks of ram. What processor are you working with on that motherboard? If it's a Ryzen 2000 series processor, pick DDR4-3200MHz ram kits. If it's a Ryzen 3000 series, pick DDR4-3600MHz ram kits.

There's not much information about that case. We're going to have to see what the connectors look like. Google image search images aren't what is asked of you, you should take pictures of what you see in the case and then pass it on here(after hosting the images on Imgur).

Full pc specs?

The G Skill is too slow for a Ryzen build, depending on the cpu. Geil usually makes decent stuff, better speed at 3200MHz.

I can't tell from the on-line ads if the fans that come with it have a 3 pin and 4 pin connector or if they are designed only for the case controller. So, if the fans do have the standard 3/4 pin cables I'd plug them into the motherboard if possible. The issue would be trying to run that many RGB fans of of a single RGB header on the motherboard.

Your motherboard has two 12V RGB 4 pin headers. It does not appear to have any 3 pin 5V RGB headers at all. There are lighting nodes you can get for 3 pin 5V RGB control.

If you need a lighting node then I would suggest Corsair iCUE as it does work with Aura sync. But when using iCUE you will have to turn off Aura sync and you will likely lose the RGB lighting on your gpu if it has any.

There is no full system specs yet as I'm still buying parts. Not going to over pay on ebay or a 3rd party seller.
Currently have
ASUS B450-F ROG STRIX Gaming AMD AM4 ATX Motherboard
Ryzen 5 3600
Stock Fan for CPU
1 m.2 Samsung Evo Pro 970 1tb
1 SSD Samsung Evo 860 1tb
650 EVGA 80+ Bronze PSU
Case - Pictured
USB Bluray
Logitech Keyboard and Mouse USB Wired

Need to Purchase
RX580 or a 5500XT graphics card or ? below $200
16gig Ram @3200 between $60-80

The ram that I posed are DDR4 @3200 and on the mobo spec sheet of accepted ram.
I can't go 3600 due to budget. Trying to stay around the $60-80 for 16gigs. I'm not going to over OC anything currently.

All the fans do plug into it and has 1 cable coming off it. I'm going to attach photos to Imgur and post it soon. The only pic of the board isn't dead on, but I'll post another one later when I get home.

I'll have to take them during lunch or when I get off tonight. But from what I remember theres 1 cable from each fan.

The case does have a button on top of the case to control the RGB color.

I don't care if the mobo controls them or not. If it did great, if not not a big loss. If I can't use them at all I might look into another case.

The case has a RGB Button on top of the case. As long as it gets power from one of the SATA Cables then it should work correct?

I'm not worried about fan speed or etc. As long as the air is moving my build will be fine. Playing light games and office type work.
