Question RGB FANs Not Running.

Hi.
I have this case ( COOLER MASTER MASTERBOX MB511 RGB ).

The 3 front fans are not running. I can only see the lights.

What should I do?

I connected it to the power supply and the motherboard. Still the same problem. I can only see the lights but they are not running.

I used the controller in order to connect it to the power supply. I can't connect it the power supply without the controller.
