Question RGB Fans not working...

Hi, I have been working on my first pc build. As soon as I finished, I gave it a test run to see if everything was working. The fans were moving and the GPU rgb was on, but the rgb of the fans itself weren't working. The fans came with my case which is the Coolermaster Masterbox MB311L ARGB. Please get back to me soon.

Might want to also include images of how you tethered said ARGB controller to your motherboard/PSU. Did you get the in-line controller or the splitter alongside the case? Might want to elaborate on what you mean by the RGB not working.

Update: 1 fan ARGB works, 1 doesn't

So what I meant by the ARGB not working is that the top fan's ARGB is lighting up, while the bottom one is not. (I only have 2 fans which are both in the front)

what fans exactly and how many?
how are they connected; directly to motherboard aRGB headers, to an aRGB hub, etc?
what are you using to control their LEDs; case front I/O button, remote or built-in controller, fan manufacturer software, motherboard control software, etc?

The fans are the default ones that came with my case (Coolermaster Masterbox MB311L ARGB). I have 2 fans that are both in the front. I have a small controller that I put on the inside of the case, and I also have a button in the front. My setup is almost the exact same as the one in this video here if it helps:

then answer the actual questions put forth without just pasting a link to some stupid video.

if you can't provide the make & model of the fans and what exact interface(3 pin aRGB, 4 pin RGB, proprietary, etc...) they use, no one can tell you anything.

The fans came with the case (Masterbox MB311L), and they are the default ones.
