Question RGB fans spinning but wont light up.

Hi!
I have 2 rgb case fans connected to the psu like that above via molex connector. The problem is they work but wont light up. And It comes with another molex that have 2 pins but i dont know the use of it.
Can someone explain why does it not light up. Thanks !

Which fans are those ? Don't seem to be RGB just one color LED.

Not sure cause it comes with the case. it used to light up different colors but not controllable i guess like its just the default. And when i moved it from the front to top and plugged it just like that, it didnt light up again. they were connected to the psu before but i didnt remember the right connection.

There must be a controller somewhere in the case.
