[SOLVED] RGB Fans working but solid color only ?

I just received a custom build from iBuyPower. I have Enermax RGB fans, but only show one color. It seems like if I were to buy them separately they would come with a remote. Also the ASRock B550 has lights I can control with Polychrome Sync. My question: Is it possible that the fans and lights have power but just aren't connected to a header on the motherboard?

Possibly but we don't know which Enermax fans or motherboard that you have so we can't be 100%

Sorry. It's the ASRock B550 Pro4. The attached picture matches my fans exactly. I appreciate your patience, still learning.

Try the reset button, those fans are argb and the lighting side should be hooked up through it.

The fans work just fine. the lights are on as well. I just cannot change them from the solid state they're in from when I plugged it in

The lighting needs to be plugged in somewhere. Chase the fan wiring down, see where it goes. If it goes to a hub, where does that go. If it goes to the motherboard, then in your pc is software to change the colors. If it goes to a switch....
