[SOLVED] RGB Fans?

So I want to buy this Corsair iCue 120SP RGB fan, but I really dont know how RGB fans work. Do I just plug them in the mobo and they start shining or do I have to buy an RGB controller of some sort

It all depend if you have an argb header on your motherboard or not if you do then just plug in if you don't you need a controller
