Question RGB Fusion 2.0 doesn't work

I just received my new RTX 3070 Aorus Master in the mail today, and installed it in my build and it worked great except for one thing, the rgb software. I tried multiple fixes online but none seemed to work. It's stuck on the 'Please Wait...' screen and it doesn't let me click on anything or close the app, forcing me to restart my computer. I am on the latest driver version for my gpu.
Note: I'm pretty sure this doesn't matter but I have an Asus b550f motherboard.

If you downloaded a generic version of RGB fusion it will probably not work. You have to go to your specific gigabyte product page and download it from the support -> download -> utility. https://www.gigabyte.com/Graphics-Card/GV-N3070AORUS-M-8GD-rev-10-11/support#support-dl-utility

It didn't work, I downloaded the aorus engine + RGB Fusion software from the gpu page(same link that you sent above) and im still having the same problems, is there any other fix?
