Question RGB Fusion not working

Hi, I have a Auros Rx 580 8gb graphics card. It has changable rgb on the side of it and there is software that you have to install to change it. The software is called rgb fusion, and I installed it but when I open it there are no options and It crashes if I click on it. Can anybody walk me through how to fix this?

Maybe try doing a CLEAN re-install of RGB FUSION tool/app ? Are you using Windows 10 OS ?

Yes I am using windows 10 and I have tried that but I just get the same result
