Question RGB issue on Corsair H115i RGB Platinum AIO fans ?

I recently swaped my pc case with a new one, it wasn't done by me, and ever since then the RGB on my H115i rgb platinum AIO doesnt work. The RGB on the pump head works just fine but not on the fans, looks like only one LED works from one fan... what might be the problem? I use the iCUE software to control the RGB

check the H115i's cables\connections. make sure it's fans are properly connected and seated firmly.
possibility that whoever reinstalled did not hook it up correctly.

I will have a second look at the cables ,but it's strange that 1 LED from 1 fan still works 😅. I already reinstalled the software and that didn't fix it
