Sickleflow are designed as case fans, not so great for rads. At over 30db, not so quiet either.
The CM MF120R is about the best of that bunch overall.
Corsair SP120(1700rpm version) - that's what the H100X is equipped with
CFM: 57.2
Static Pressure: 2.08mm-H2O
dBA: 37
Thermaltake Riing
Rpm: 1400-1500, model pending
CFM: 40.9-48.79, model pending
Static Pressure: 1.11-1.54mm-H2O, model pending
dBA: 24.7-25, model pending
The H100X has an FPI of 20, which is a little higher than the middle of the road 16FPI. Higher SP fans are warranted for higher FPI rads.
What are you trying to cool, exactly? Depending on what that is, the trade-off may not be that bad.

If that's all it is, then I don't see a problem with changing the fans.also it’s cooling a ryzen 7 2700. Only overclocked to 3.6
