Question RGB Led fans not working properly

All colors work good except for red (it's not as bright as the other colors), and when I hold the button which is used for changing colors the lights aren't turning off as they're supposed to but are changing to red instead, how do I fix that? Thanks!

Motherboard: Gigabyte B450M S2H
Ram: HyperX Predator 16GB (2x8) 3200MHz DDR4
2x 240GB SSD (Patriot Burst and Kingston)
2TB HDD (don't know the exact model)
GPU: RX 590 8GB
600W PSU (don't know the exact model)
Chassis: MS Dark Shadow 2 (the RGB fans are stock fans of that case and they're connected to that controller i also got with the case)
OS: Windows 10 LTSC 64bit
