Question Rgb led strip compatibility with Tomahawk MAX

I have a MSI B450 Tomahawk Max . I have 2 12V RGB headers. im using 2 DEEPCOOL led strips which works n sync's fine.
Now, I have a CLARION J MATRIX cabinet with 4 pre bulit RGB fans which are controlled by the RESET button. the fans also
have a 3 pin interface which i see is not used/free. the 4 fans must have been daisy chained n works with reset button.
So the question to all yu Tech Guru's is can I add a 4 pin 5V LED strip with my motherboard. (Im giving link to the product just in case any one
wants to go thru. )

Also I have a Deepcool RGB Convertor 5v to 12v.

I have no idea how to use this converter with those LED strips. If only someone could look into the pics n see the headers of the product n suggest me a solution. i would be very grateful.
