RGB LED's in My PC is it safe?

So i had a normal led strip on my desk that is powered on by a plug and i wanted to put it in my pc is that safe? Its the usualy kit with the white remote but instead of the power to molex its just the plug going into the little power brick thing
Update - I feel like i should add that there is no more adhesive on the strip so its kept on the inside of the pc with tape

It's safe as long as none of the LED's exposed wires touch anything in your PC.

So if it's a waterproof strip, you should be safe. If it's not of the waterproof variety, then be very sure it's secure and can't fall onto anything or be touched by anything.

"kept on the inside of the pc with tape " - just remember to check the tape every now and then. Some tape does not age well, especially when heated. Double sided tape should be 100% fine.

" instead of the power to molex its just the plug going into the little power brick thing" - that's fine. You can also wire it straight into the psu molex, if you're feeling adventurous. I did that, but I'm pretty good at soldering and applying electrical tape.

If you have any respect for computers, it's not safe.

If aesthetics are 99% of what you care about it might be OK.

Well i ordered this a few days ago - http://www.ebay.ie/itm/122145562024?_trksid=p2060353.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT and as of now im just using this to have something while i wait. I only asked if it was safe mate. The point of having LED's is for the visual aesthetics but i didn't think there would be any harm in it so i decided to ask.

Those are in a waterproof sleeve, so it's pretty safe against shorting out.

A bit on the pricey side though 🙁
If you need more, just search for RGB 5050 Waterproof strip. you should be able to get a full 5m strip at that price, and the strips are cutable.
