Question RGB LIGHTING ISSUE

Hi I have an issue with my pc where I turn it off and the rgb on the motherboard and front panel still stay on. I can't flip the switch on the back of the pc because the power is in the pc because its an mini itx case. My mother board is the gigabyte aorus b450 pro WiFi, I've had a look in the bios but can't seem to find anything regarding the rgb lights turning off when I switch the pc off. I don't want this led on after I turn my pc off because they are really bright and it's rather annoying. If anyone has any solutions on how to fix this it would be much appreciated.

In the bios->Peripherals is the "Leds in sleep,Hibernation and Soft Of States" set to off?
