Rgb lights not turning on.

Hello, so bought my first rgb lights today and got home a put them in only to find they don't turn on, instead they have small red dim lights and that's about it.

The lights are game max ones and my motherboard is the g1 sniper b7.

Cpu: i3 7100
Gpu: gigabyte gtx 950
Power: tr2 challenger 500w

Yes it runs fine and theyre the SL-18m ones.

I can't find the detail for that light Strip, I mean the connector. So do you connect it into the PSU or somewhere?

it has a 4 pin (female) 12v connection.

How many strips do you have? If too many, I think your PSU maybe have problem to power the whole PC. Or the strip may have problem, like short circuit.
