i recently bought my first pc its a prebuild and the rgb lighs on my msi mag vamperic 100r are not turning on even after pressing the instant light up button any help?

The cables are probably not connected, do you know your way around a PC? if yes, check the cables. if not try to send a picture of the whole mainboard as detailed as possible.

should i just send u a pic of the side pannel and ull be able to see if the cables are good ?

Yes, so i can see if there is actually a cable plugged in on the mainboard or not.

Can you take the sidepanel off and send another one? maybe a bit lower from the angle.
