Greetings,
My build is brand new, today was literally the second day I'm using my computer and the RGB lights on my PSU stopped working for no apparent reason.
What I did before : I turned off the computer, did some cable management, I un-plugged (accidentally) the little rgb cable that connects my PSU to the motherboard on the 'JRGB1' plug. I putted back in its place where it was, then... no more RGB lights every since I turned the computer on.

My system :

Intel Core i5 -12400
ASUS Radeon RX 6400
Kingston Fury 2x16 GB - DDR5 - 4800 Mhz
MAG B660M Mortar (MS-7d42)
CX550F Corsair - White - 80Plus

are you using Icue to control the rgb?
have you checked its not running an off profile?

Greetings Colif,

I'm not using iCUE to control the RGB, I actually installed it after the RGB lights stopped working to see if I can do something but the software would not even recognize my PSU (like at all).
The RGB cable was connected onto the motherboard and it worked fined until that mysterious moment where the RGB simply stopped working.
