Question RGB lights turning on & off randomly in static setting

Okay guys and gals need your help, since the MFG's can't figure it out.
Here's a partial list of my set up:
CyberPower
Asus Prime 370-PII-motherboard
XSPS- Raystorm D5 Tube- ex 240 radiator
Corsair 570 x RGB ATX Mid tower w/3 SP120 RGB Fans (Front)
Corsair Lighting Pro Node kit (Node/Hub/ Wires)
Corsair SP120 RGB (rear)
Corsair RGB Strips- x 4
ATNG 1000 Watt 80 Plus Gold Power Supply
Software: Windows 10
I CUE
Here's how it's plugged together..
Rear fan power- mother board & corsair pro node #2 port
Front fans- power direct from ATNG & plugged into Corsair Hub which in turn is plugged into Corsair Node #1
Corsair Hub is plugged into motherboard -USB 2.0 Connection 5.6

This is what we've done so far help from MFGs support

Tested each Fan- all fans-light stay on
Replace Corsair Hub...3 times
Replaced Corsair Node..once
Update software= both ASUS & ICUE
Moved Corsair USB connector to 3.4- moved back
Changed power connectors (molex to sata)- each of the existing three leads
Replaced leads to hub from node

And the lights keep turning on and off randomly at a time ( one, maybe two, maybe 3), fan speed remains constant!???

oh and I forget to say....case lights stay on solid!
