You should go for the most functional or the best to build in IMO. I have the H200i which has a RGB strip in funnily enough (always set to white) but that's because it's great to build in and has a lot of functionality for a small case

You don't ever buy a case just for it's lighting. That's... Well, that's really not very smart. You buy a case based primarily on what you want to put in it component wise, then you select the one that looks the best. What you should do is buy a motherboard with ARGB support, buy some ARGB LED strips, and then whatever case you buy is ARGB.
