I am looking to build my first gaming pc as i have been playing on a £400 pound laptop with about 20 fps on games like overwatch. I want my new pc to look cool, but run games at ultra settings on 1080p. I would like it to be rgb and my budget is £800. Before I build it I am going to wait for rizen but still put in an Intel chip. This budget includes a monitor, keyboard,os,wifi and headset. Thanks

Here's one build close to your budget without RGB.

As far as RGB fans go, you have 3 choices:
1. Go with Thermaltake and their Riing RGB 120/140 fans.
1. Go with Corsair and their SP120 RGB or HD120 RGB fans.
2. Go with NZXT and their AER RGB 120/140 fans with HUE+.

Here's what you're looking at price vise per 1 fan,
pcpp: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/products/compare/7JnG3C,GwCrxr,w7RFf7,69Gj4D/

Best eyecandy can be achieved by NZXT HUE+ since HUE+ has 2 channels and per channel, it supports 4 LED strips (10 LEDs per strip) or 5x AER RGB fans (8 LEDs per 1 fan).
But eyecandy, especially in RGB form, comes with premium price.

I have NZXT AER RGB140 & HUE+ inside my Skylake build (full specs in my sig). And i'm currently in the process of obtaining LED strips for my Skylake build. Here are few pics of my Skylake build if you're interested: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-3272328/show-newest-system-upgrade-components/page-2.html#19277195

You'll have to make due with Black/White + Blue LED for now, unless you want to sacrifice vital gaming performance parts for RGB parts.

MSI RX480 + AOC FreeSync Monitors combo.

ASUS B250M-A together with Kabylake Pentium 2C/4T, support the faster 2400Mhz DDR4; B250 chipset support the fastest storage tech NVMe M2 SSD.

Corsair CXM 450W provide good&stable power + it's semi-modular allows better cable management. Especially if you're going to add more components like the HUE+ for RGB parts. You can see the HUE and the GRID fan controller inside the orange version of this case over at PCPP.

The Kingstone HyperX Cloud practically dominate 99% headphones in its price range.
