Question rgb ram & fans

i recently bought raidmax rgb led strip & ram heatsinks, all of my fans connect to a fan header for the psu but i cant plug the ram into it. i bought an adapter for it & plugged it also into a different part of my psu but i can only get one to work @ a time.

To light up the RAM heatsink, you need to plug the connector in an RGB Header on your motherboard. (The fans, too.)
To power the fans you need to plug them in an Sys_Fan header on your motherboard.

It looks very similar to an 4pin fan connector.
