Question Rgb ram not showing up on any software

My rgb ram suddenly one day disappeared from msi mystic light and I haven't been able to get it back since.
I have tried uninstalling and installing msi mystic light many times and nothing seems to work.
At the time the problem occured, the only installed rgb softwares were msi center (mystic light) and razer synapse 3.
At first everything worked fine but then the ram stopped showing up and I was then not able to change the lighting on it, the lighting is just stuck in rainbow all the time currently.
I have an msi b550-a pro motherboard and kingston fury 2x8gb 3600mhz rgb ram.
I have also tried other rgb softwares but none has detected my rgb ram sticks.
I even tried reinstalling windows which didn't affect anything.
Are my ram sticks broken or is this a software problem? And if it is a software problem, does anyone know how to fix this?

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition (original, new, refurbished, used)?

What RAM is Windows reporting?

Pc specs:
CPU: Ryzen 7 5800x
GPU: pny 3070 ti
RAM: kingston fury 3600mhz 2x8gb rgb
Motherboard: Msi b550-a pro
Storage: WDBlue sn570 1tb
CPU Cooler: Arctic freezer II 240mm a-rgb
PSU: Aerocool aero bronze 750w fully modular
OS: Windows 10 home, version: 21H2

The PSU was bought new and is about 2-3 weeks old and in good condition as far as i know.
Windows is reporting correctly about the ram information and it is working properly except for the rgb lighting if that is what you meant.
