Question rgb randomly stopped working

Okay,
so i have a pc with Lian Li BR 120 fans inside and enermax liqfusion aio water cooling plugged into a MSI MPG Z390 mainboard. A while ago the fans stopped lighting up in rainbow colors.
Now they are just showing red and blue (If i set them to green or yellow they just don´t light up at all).
Also only one led in my liquid cooler lights up and i have no idea why.
I have tried restarting the pc (obviously) and reinstalling the rgb software (dragon center) but nothing fixed my problem.

Does anyone have an idea for a fix?

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Mind checking what BIOS version you're on at the time of writing? Cross reference MSI's support site for your motherboard, to see if you have any BIOS updates pending. If you have a number of them, gradually work your way to the latest version, don't jump to the latest version. As for your build, can you please state the make and model of your PSU and it's age? Any hubs as an intermediary for the RGB devices?

Thank you for your efforts but updating the bios did not work.
Update: I´m even more confused now. One Fan lights up perfectly fine now. It didn´t before and i did not change anything. https://streamable.com/rjrw0q (Top left Fan)
