Question RGB software not showing up RAM

I have a HP V8 series RAM compatible with RGB Fusion. It was just working fine in all RGB modes. Today I installed the TH240 AIO and to my suprise BOOM! Only one light module shows up in the RGB Fusion software in Static color mode. It used to show 8 squares in it and I could also choose different colors for different square. When I choose another RGB mode all lights glows in the RAM but still only 1 square is shown in the software. HELP PLEASE

Make and model of your motherboard? BIOS version for said motherboard?
