RGB Strip to wire to power supply connection

Hello, I'm working on a project to install LED strip under kitchen cabinets. I'm in a situation where I need to connect an LED strip to the power supply. Please see a picture of where I'm at. Is there a device that can connect RGB wire to the manufacturer power supply?

guessing the right most plug & wire is the power connector
and left is the LED strip?

you don't show the plug's connectors so am just assuming it is a regular female 4pin RGB adapter.
you may need to find a male RGB head to connect the loose ends to so they can properly connect to the power cable.
