Question RGB works but Computer won't boot?

My motherboard RGB is working and so is my mouse RGB. Anyone have an idea why my computer won't turn on then? I recently but this build together (first time) and I thought I followed everything to a T. Any help would be appreciated.

Monitor doesn't connect to GPU as far as I'm concerned. GPU doesn't have power, and none of the fans are spinning.

you know what your gpu is? connect the monitor to it

I plugged it in to the monitor like you said and it still doesn't do anything.

Is your GPU in the top slot of your motherboard?
