Can you please share mode details about your system and raid configuration? It sounds like a software RAID error, though.
I'd recommend you to check the RAID management software and make sure you have the updated chipset drivers for your motherboard from the manufacturer's website.
You should also try testing both drives with their brand-specific HDD diagnostic tool, which would help you determine their health and SMART status.
