hi....

i have a question about Raid5

is possible use diffrent size of H.D.D in raid5.

for exaple :
4* 500 GB
2 * 750 GB

or all H.H.D must be same size?

Yes you can, but the 750s will be treated as 500GB drives.

just to expand, what that means is that the array will only utilize 500GB of the 750GB drive, so 250GB is lost.
