Riched32. DLL File not loaded when reinstalled xp...........

Reinstalled xp, would not install Riched32.dll file.When i try and open a
email,i get error saying (The operation could not be compleated.Riched32.Dll
failed to load.Please re-install).Have tryed to reinstall,but won't let me?
Can someone help with this one please...........................
