Hello,
I had running windows 7 OS, everything runs fine but only the problem is when i try to shutdown a message prompted, windows explorer not working..i had tried shutdown from safe mode and the guest account it works every fine, this problem happens only when i try to shutdown from my admin account.....

It sounds like there is something running in the background that isn't closing out properly. Take a look at the programs running in the background and try closing them out one by one and then shutting down. If the message disappears, you'll know what program is doing it.
