[SOLVED] Riddle Me This - Second Monitor Only Displays Static ?

Hopefully the video below can provide good insight as to the issue I am trying to solve in getting a secondary monitor to be recognized and working in Win10.

Drivers have been updated, rolled back, updated again, new cables, tested video adapter, numerous restarts, changed Hz settings and changed resolution. If I use my laptop or phone to extended their displays onto the secondary monitor it works just fine. This is connected to my desktop off the motherboard running an AMD Ryzen 5 3400G w/ Radeon Vega Graphics. Running Win10 Home, version 20H2, OS build 19042.868

Any ideas?

Try running "sfc /scannow" and "dism" via the Command Prompt.

Have you tried swapping monitor and their ports on the motherboard to see if it follow the monitor or is the port issue.

Well, I ran the command, it finished in less than three minutes, no issues were found, I rebooted anyway as recommended, and the monitor is now recognized and works like a charm. Not sure I would have ever ran across that fix in my endless searching. Thank you for sharing this and helping me.
