Ridiculous CPU Temperatures

I just got this new gaming computer (custom made - not by me)
And the I checked AMD overdrive as I was planning to overclock it, and I'm getting 70 degrees celsius while idle
I have no idea what's happening.

Specs:

AMD A8 7600 CPU/GPU
ASUS A68HM Mother board
8gb (-2 allocated to GPU if that helps) Overclocked to 1880MHz

Couldn't get anymore information

Could anyone help me with why it's going so high? I'm scared to play anything.

Solution
AMD Overdrive doesn't read the temperature as such; it gives the thermal margin of the CPU. The 70 deg C is the thermal margin which means you're 70 deg C away from unsafe operating temperature. Explanation here. Basically, the higher the thermal margin is the better.

Basically, nothing to be afraid about. Try running something and you'd see the thermal margin lower. At full load you shouldn't go under 20 deg C, that's when issues can arise.

Oh, thanks! I was confused on why it went down under full load.
