There are a few options, but getting to customize Windows keyboard shortcuts is not one of them.
I'm not affiliated with and have never used this software, but you should be able to use it to catch your key combination and then do nothing with it:

In the article the author also makes use of a program called SharpKeys, which allows you to remap the functionality of individual keys. This might have enough utility to help you work around the problem...
