I'm left handed so i use the right side of my keyboard when gaming. Every time i press Right alt + L at the same time i get signed out of windows? Is there any way to fix this? (All Ease of Access options off and unchecked)

Any help is appreciated.

There are a few options, but getting to customize Windows keyboard shortcuts is not one of them.

I'm not affiliated with and have never used this software, but you should be able to use it to catch your key combination and then do nothing with it:

https://autohotkey.com/

Also, here is a page with a write-up on methods which you can use to disable the Windows key combinations, and also the Windows key altogether:

In the article the author also makes use of a program called SharpKeys, which allows you to remap the functionality of individual keys. This might have enough utility to help you work around the problem...

Finally, if nothing else works, you can change the keys you're using on the keyboard, or maybe just use a different key mapping in Windows when gaming.

Edit: There really isn't a keyboard shortcut baked into Windows that logs a user off that I am aware of. If you meant, locks the computer, that would make more sense. Also, the keyboard shortcut for that is Windows + L, not Right Alt + L. Perhaps you have 3rd party software on your machine that has caused this behavior.
