Right-Angled cpu power adapter

Do they make a right or left angled cpu power adapter so the connector plugs in from the side not straight down?

I believe they do, if not you can buy a short extension with a right angle plug and connect your existing cord to that (might be a slight hazard if you don't secure it though).
