Allllrighty.... So this started a week or two ago, I think after I tested Skyrim Special Edition with the keyboard and mouse before going back to controller. Usually whenever I'm typing, the right-click menu will randomly pop up and interrupt me—especially in the address bar.

I've tried: Using different mice, uninstalling the mouse driver and restarting to reinstall it, doing the same for the keyboard, checking to see if it was the keyboard sticky keys, pulling up the keyboard screen to see if it was F10 freaking out, restarting into Safe Mode (still pops up there)... No difference. In fact, I think it's a little worse now in that the menu pops up more frequently while typing or trying to click things.

Any ideas?

what type of keyboard are you using? does it have its own drivers? some keyboards can mimic mouse actions via function keys.

does the right click menu show up if you have mouse unplugged completely?

if it happens in safe mode, it could mean its a hardware problem. Have you tried different USB slots?

Yes, the right-click menu still shows up when I have the mouse unplugged completely.

I hadn't tried different USB ports, but I just tried it with your suggestion. The right-click menu is still popping up.

Should I try getting a different keyboard?

i can find drivers for an IBP mechanical keyboard but I am not sure if that is same model - it doesn't look like it is: https://www.tomshardware.com/review...-hermes-lite-mechanical-keyboard,4541.html#p1

Your keyboard doesn't appear to have a virtual mouse feature

The ID you showed aren't drivers, they are PNP Device ID:
Keyboards

1. Lenovo Keyboard device
HID\VID_1C4F&PID_0002&REV_0110&MI_00
2. shows as a MIcrosoft Keyboard
HID\VID_18F8&PID_0F99&REV_0100&MI_01&Col01

Pointing devices

1. Shows as MIcrosoft Mouse
HID\VID_18F8&PID_0F99&REV_0100&MI_00 = using microsoft mouse drivers perhaps
2. Shows as Apple mouse
HID\VID_056A&PID_0302&REV_0100&Col01

do you have 2 mice plugged in?
