Right click menu keeps popping up no matter what

A week or two ago, I've been experiencing my computer constantly bring up the right click menu as if I were pushing the button myself. I noticed its severity while playing a game and it happens in random spurts consisting of a few or more right menu popups at a time. At first I thought it could've been a micro switch in my mouse only to find out that it still happens even when my mouse in unplugged. I also had my keyboard unplugged because I've heard of people having problems with sticky keys. I've ran a virus scan and nothing came up. When my PC is sleeping it turns back on because of this issue. I've tried uninstalling my mouse drivers but I still get the issue (maybe I didn't actually uninstall them and I don't actually know how).

Solution
have you tried to get into safe mode and see if it happens there?
Mouse should behave itself until you get into windows itself (after login screen)
At startup, on the screen before the login box, click on the power button in bottom right
while holding shift, click restart option

this loads windows into a blue menu, Advanced Startup
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose start up options
hit the restart button
choose a safe mode (it doesn't matter which) by using number associated with it.
Pc will restart and load safe mode

it shouldn't happen in safe mode if its drivers or a startup program
if its not happening, try setting win 10 up to boot into a clean boot
Right click start
choose run...
type msconfig and press enter...

read these instructions carefully and make sure NOT to close all Windows services or PC won't boot right - https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/929135/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows

If right click isn't opening in a clean boot, it means the cause is likely to be a start up program or one of the services you stopped from working. Add services first and then work through Start up programs to find the problem

I would run an antivirus scan and/or Malewarebytes

Solution
Did you ever get this sorted out? I'm seeing the same thing - unplug every USB device, and the context menu still goes crazy. In safe mode it doesn't repro. I've disabled all the services that I can, but it still happens.

I would suggest starting your own thread, more people will look at it since its not a continuation of another persons question. If it stops in safe mode but happens in windows, it could be a driver since that is one of the big differences between safe mods and normal.

What type of mouse is it? Generic or does it have its own drivers?
