Right click on BOTH the touchpad and a wireless mouse do not work when playing games

When playing games like Minecraft, Portals 2 or War Thunder, the right click on the touchpad, and a wireless, or plug in mouse do NOT work. Have a TP300LD notebook with Win 8.1 and can't play anything.

But a wireless or plugged in mouse don't work either so it is not just the touchpad not working

Thank you but I can use any other application, type in Google docs, etc. The right click just doesn't work when I play games. I can take it in to get it checked but it works for other apps - Could this be a driver update issue? I just got this in December and it is Win 8.1 so it should be the most recent update

SOLUTION - Took it to a computer tech today and it is a setting in Windows 8.1 for the mouse delay. Set mouse to NO DELAY and the problem goes away because when gaming you use the keyboard AND the mouse in conjunction.
