Right clicking in IE to correct misspelled word with Dual LCD's, menu always goes to opposite screen

I run IE on my right LCD. Every time I right click in an email in order to correct the spelling of a misspelled word in Outlook/Office 365/IE, the pop-up menus always appears on my default left LCD. Very annoying. IS there a fix for this?

the pop up menus are called context menus.. it doesn't help exactly but helps if you searching for answers.
