Question Right earbud isn't working

So when I put my 2 earbuds in the charging case , the left one is getting charged normally (a red dot switches on) ,but the right one is not. The dot on the right one switches on for 10 seconds then it turns off and a white dot starts blinking. When I take the right one out of the charging case there are no dots on and it isn't working at all .The left one works properly tho. What's going on and how do I fix this...?
