Right monitor is weird/glitched in my dual monitor setup

After waking up my computer from sleep mode, my right monitor is glitched, showing a distorted view of the desktop. I restarted my computer and it did not work. Updating the video drivers also did not work.

The right one is connected via a DisplayPort to HDMI adapter and my left one is connected via HDMI. I tried replacing the HDMI cable on the right and it still does not work.

However, when I screenshotted my right monitor, the desktop appeared as it normally would.

Any solutions would be greatly appreciated.
